About Interpub
Interpub plc owns and operates 16 backpacker hostels throughout the UK and Europe. We pay special attention to locations where travellers most want to be and provide safe, clean, affordable, consistent and enjoyable accommodation. Each hostel is attached to a Belushi's late night bar or a St Christopher's Inn - a traditional English pub. Within the Interpub plc portfolio there are also a number of budget hotels in Amsterdam, Brighton, Bruges and Berlin.
In 1994 the first Belushi's bar opened in Covent Garden, London. Two years later the first St Christopher's backpacker hostel opened up in Southwark. By 1999 Interpub had 6 Backpacker bars and 350 beds in London. Over the years Interpub plc has expanded rapidly from a single site to a multi-unit, multinational organisation. Since 1999 we have spread throughout the UK and Europe to Newquay, Bath, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, Bruges and Berlin. Our last major project is Paris. This is our first purpose built hostel and nightclub. The doors opened at the start of 2008.
